My yoga journey began in 1996 when I sought to increase flexibility & strength and reduce anxiety. I continued as a student of Iyengar-based hatha yoga, and became certified as a yoga teacher in 2013.

I teach a yoga practice dedicated to wellness and feeling your best. My teaching is supported by experience as a physical therapy aide, continuing education in Anatomy & Physiology, 'special population' workshops, Reiki, and other complimentary/alternative remedies.

As I guide you through thoughtful yoga poses, we emphasize honoring
your body, being present in the moment, breath, and alignment – 
always mindful of individual needs and your body's "availability" at the time.
